It had definitely been a rough night. There had been a terrible storm on the seas...
After a few hours, she was regaining consciousness. She could hear the waves, much calmer now, lapping softly at the beach. She could feel the sand beneath her, wet from the seawater, but very fine and soft to the touch. There were Wingull and Peliper flying around, she could tell, calling to each other as they flew about the beach and settled, before flying off again. Her eye opened slowly, blinking twice before her eyes were open and she was more awake. “What a terrible storm…” she said, thinking of the night before.
And then it hit her. The throbbing pain in her head, which she assumed was the result of her being thrown into the sea, and somehow being washed up here. Maybe she had ingested too much seawater, or maybe she had hit her head on something as she fell, or… No matter what happened, her head was in pain. And she would need to do something about it as soon as she could. Of course, that would be as soon as she could walk to the town she hoped would be nearby, and she could walk as soon as she could stand.
But... she felt as if her memory was filled with holes and gaps. She was forgetting very imprtant things, like where she lived, and people she knew... As soon as she got better, she'd be able to remember, she thought, no problem. It didn't help that she didn't know where she was, and she was positive that she wouldn't be able to get back to wherever she was coming from or going to, atleast not very soon.
She was laying on her right side in the sand, and she turned herself over so that she could watch the sun slowly set. It was pretty, watching the orange sky fading into pink, then pink into red and red into violet and then into black. She’d seen sunsets before, but not over the ocean, and she certainly hadn’t really paid attention to it before. It was… pretty. She yawned, she felt as if it was later than it should’ve been. But… she felt different. She almost thought she was shorter, and maybe closer to the ground…?

Teddiursa was at Kecleon wares, buying Apples to keep himself alive. He had always lived on the streets, many a night was filled with fear. He had always wanted to get into The Guild, but had always been too scared to get inside. He put the apples in his bag and headed over to Kangahskan(sp?) Storage, and left the Warp Orb he had also bought with her. She was anice lady, a little creepy sometimes, but not as much as Duskull at the Bank. speaking of, he was just about to heard over to the Bank when he heard a scream, coming from the beach. He hurriedly headed back to Kangahskan, and left the apples with her. She would keep them safe. He arrived at the beach, to see a Pokemon staring into its reflection in the water, "E-Excuse me, was that you who screamed?"

She blinked twice at her reflectio in the water. Of course she wasn't a Pokemon, right? This was truly freaking her out, and to make it worse, she didn't know where she was. She hadn't realized that other.... Pokemon could hear her scream, all the way above the cliffs. She was completely surprised when a little bear-like Pokemon came running.
"E-Excuse me, was that you who screamed?"
She glanced up at the little Pokemon beside her before quickly backpedaling away from the water. "Ye... yeah. I... I screamed..." she was still in shock, and it kept her from speaking in fluent sentences. Her heart was rushing, but it wasn't a good feeling, everything had changed in one moment, and she wasn't sure she could handle it. "I... I'm not a Pokemon... I can't be...! I'm... I'm a human..."
... The Pokemon who had come to her aid would surely think she was confused, that she was dreaming that she was a human... She wouldn't be taken seriously, she worried, and that meant...

"A...Human?" Oh boy, another looney, "You look like a regular Eevee to me, what's your name?" Teddiursa had heard about these Pokemon, thiking they're humans and then finding out they've been a pokemon all the time. This one probably ate too many Pecha berries. (Apologize for shortlyness)

He did think she was crazy.
She looked just "like a regular Eevee" to him. So he didn't believe her. Realizing this, she calmed down somewhat. "Oh... I guess... I guess I am just an Eevee..." But she knew for positive that she had been a human, honestly! This really wasn't helping, but there was nothing she could do about it. She sat down on her back legs the sand with both front paws pulled to her body and head down.
Her head popped up when he asked for her name. "My name? My name is... is..." ... She was trying to search her incomplete memory for her name. "My name is... My name's Kia."
Thank goodness she had remembered that vital piece of information. That promped her to ask, "Then what's your name?" Kia's head was tilted to the side inquisitively as she waited for his reply.

"M-My name? Ummm...Hm." Teddiursa thought really hard about it, and after a while finally spoke, "I don't believe I have one. I was separated from my parents at a young age, and got a job keeping Marowak's dojo clean. Every night I would sleep in a bed there, and run just about any errand for Marowak that he needed. Everyone always called me Teddiursa, but I wouldn't mind having a real name, if you want to give me one."

"Oh?" Kia's head tilted to the side. This was quite peculiar to her, namelessness? "Really? I didn't know it's possible to not have a name..." She stood on her paws and moved closer to the Teddiursa. "... So I need to come up with something really cool... and awesome!" She was excited, a ' ^w^ ' expression on her face.
So... what to choose? Kia would have to find something they both liked. She blinked a couple times before looking up to the sky, pondering. "Uhm..." she paused, "How about..." Kia was just going to try to make a list... she hoped. A gasp of air, "Elliot, Jack, Zander, Lance, Jim, Tim, Bob, Larry..." she stopped, wide-eyed. She had drawn a blank.
"... I dunno... I can't think of any more names. I'm sorry..." She was unhappy at this fact, like ' ^^;;; ' The little Eevee could tell it was starting to get late, the sun was dipping below the horizon over the ocean. She looked towards the sun (although not at it. >.> ), watching they sky turn a pretty shade of orange-red before changing to a darker red-purple-orange-blue. "I'm just wondering... Is there anywhere around here I can stay? I mean... I have no idea where I am, and it's getting late..."

"You know, I guess I'm used to being called Teddiursa, just go ahead and call me that, I guess," he said with a small smile. He found his eyes drifted away from Kia to the ocean, then back to her. She was an odd one for sure, unlike any Eevee he had ever met, what if she really was a human? Suddenly she was asking him another question, something aobut somewhere to stay. "I suppose Marowak wouldn't mind if I shared my small room with you for a couple of nights. You can even ahve the bed, if you want. I usually end up on the floor anyways." ^_^

Kia looked back to the little bear. "Teddiursa? Okay." She smiled before looking back out onto the ocean. She then glanced back at her feet for a moment, to confirm that she wan't just dreaming. Teddiursa spoke again, about staying somewhere, and she looked back up at him. "R-Really? That would be great!" A big smile spread across her face.

"Well, we'd better get going then, Marowak locks up soon, and once those doors are closed, there's no getting in," Teddiursa proceeded to climb back up to Treasure Town, luckily there were rocks to step on on the way up, or it would be absolutely impossible to get back up without going through the Beach Cave, it was full of badly behaved Pokemon that he would rather not meet.
Coming to the door, he tried to open it, to no product. He turned to Kia, worried aobut what he would have to say to her, "Err, um, it would seem that Marowak locked up early today. My bad, sorry Kia, I don't know anywhere else we could go, except maybe the Guild, but I don't think they'd accept us so quickly."

The little Eevee followed the small bear up the rocks to the top of the cliff, trying not to fall. She walked witth him into town and up to a door, which he tried to open with no luck. Teddiursa proceeded to tell her that the place was lcked, and that they could try to stay at the Guild.
"The Guild?" she asked, curious, "I've never heard of that before~."

"The Guild, it's led by Wigglytuff, he was never really sane, but it's fine, he runs it well. They basically rescue Pokemon that are in trouble, they hunt for bad ones, and do other assorted jobs. I hear they've been on high alert since that first Time Gear was stolen. Oh right, you probably don't know about the Time Gears either, they control time in various areas, if they're missing, the area goes into chaos." He found that he had been walking and talking at the same time, and found himself at the front door of the Guild. "This is where they determine whether to let you in or not, I've never really thought about how it works, but every time I try, a voice calls out and I...kinda...get scared and leave..."

"Wigglytuff?" She had heard of those before, when she was human. "And so he's the main leader, right?" Kia listened to Teddiursa talk, picking up as much as she could so she wouldn't get embarassed if they managed to get inside.
"And 'rescue' Pokemon, like going and finding them?" She questioned further, "Hunting for bad Pokemon? You mean... arresting them? or something like that?" She was slightly confused by the 'hunting' part, but she was sure that she would find out more about it later. But then Teddiursa changed to Time Gears. "But... if Time Gears are so important.. why would someone steal them?" The fact that one had alrady gone missing had made her uneasy.
Now they were standing outside a large Wigglytuff shaped building. The little bear then talked about how he had tried before but hadn't had the courage. "You'll be able to do it, I know it! I'll go first if you want." The Eevee edged toward the pit covered with a grate, looking into the darkness below.

"Yes, we would be arresting them and such, but not many will give up without a fight. And as for the Time Gears, I don't know why anyone would steal them, some strange fetish or maybe they jsut like them or something, or they like causing trouble."
As Kia stepped onto the grate, Teddiursa took a few steps back, in all honesty, he was afraid to be anywhere NEAR that wooden grate, he was mostly afraid it would break.
