Calyxus or Wolfgang? Well. That’s an easy one. Wolfgang, definitely, because Calyxus is one of the stupidest characters I have ever created, thus excluding him from any possible definition of professor (unless, of course, Cal was gonna be a professor in the powerful magical arts which are the only thing he has talent in). And... Wolfgang would most likely teach... necromancy (if it was an available subject >>) or philosophy?

Between Gamma and Wolfgang, I’d say their stubbornness.

Adrius sends Flynn on a mission to... whup Silviah’s ass for him/steal from her. It would probably succeed, but then Silviah would catch Flynn and get him to whup Adrius’ ass in return.

Pavo and Flynn, trapped in an elevator? Heehee. Flynn would crack first even though he’s resolute, but only because Pavo has a lot more patience, and is very cool-headed.

Silviah and Calyxus? Both obnoxious characters who would rather not swear to each other, but I reckon Calyxus could charm Silviah and get her to swear fealty to him. ;D

For Pavo to choose between Flynn or Sauron... well, both Flynn and Sauron are similar, but Pavo would be better off sharing it with Flynn, only ‘cause I think they’d like each other better.

Silviah, Phoenix and Adrius? HAH! Silviah and Adrius – being siblings – would spend the whole evening arguing. Phoenix would just end up exploding at them, telling them to shut up and talk about something useful. They’d probably end up discussing random stuff like casual politics and all that jazz.

Johan challenges Sauron to a duel, because... erm... he’d only do that if his own wife was, like, cheating on him with Sauron. >> Johan would lose, because Sauron is a trained warrior. xP

If Flavio stole Serge’s most precious possession, Serge would chase him in a murderous rage and... murder Flavio. Try to, anyway, but then Flavio would exercise his will to stop Serge from shooting him (which, even if he did, wouldn’t harm Flavio anyway) and only give back Serge’s stuff if Serge agreed to be friends with him.

If Phoenix and Adrius each attain what they most desire, that’d have to be something like ‘Memories and Revenge’.

All I’d need would be to stick them together, and the rainbows and sunshine and flowery-meadows-to-dance-in would just appear all on their own. So... plot device would be... ‘wing it and see what happy shit happens’ >> *shot*.

Out of the twelve of ‘em, I’d say Phoenix. He’s an amnesiac, so most of the time, he doesn’t know what he’s doing, where he’s going, or who he is.

As for the mission, it's probably some sort of scouting mission and as for whether it would succeed, it probably would. Noe's shy, but he knows how to assume leadership.

Lou is the most proud, brash, violent woman you could ever find, and the worst at cooperating unless it's something serious XD She doesn't take to people very well either, and she'd probably hate Asmodai because he's the sort of person who knows exactly how to rile her. Asmodai is not nearly as prideful as her or his older brother Luce (and he is a demon that can be summoned to serve warlocks and witches), and if it was to his benefit, or if Lou somehow managed to impress him, he's more likely to swear fealty to her.

Luce is looking for a roommate, so he'd probably be better off with Laveska rather than Ansel. Luce is chaotic and obnoxious, and Ansel - while he often tries to be calm - he often quickly loses composure under stress, and he loathes chaos. The two of them would be fighting all the time. Whereas Laveska has impeccable social skills and quite chaotic herself, plus, indulges quite a bit in alcohol; charming Luce would be no difficult task for her.

Lou, Mallow and Noe have dinner together. They would likely just go to the nearest restaurant, where Lou would get pissed off by Mallow's strange, eccentric manner, and Mallow would deliberately pick an argument and tease her because he sees her as a barbarian. And Noe would just be stuck in the middle trying to keep the peace and keep Lou from attacking Mallow >>

Blanco challenges Ansel to a duel. Why? To annoy Ansel, if he hasn't already got stuck into that particular task << Ansel is an accomplished warrior in his own right, and while he might have a few superhuman talents, Blanco lacks Ansel's skill and experience. In the end, Ansel would beat him but not kill him and Blanco would sulk.

Ivan's most precious possession is the necklace given to him by his dearest (unrequited) love and friend, Yemni, Lou's mother. Thorne and Ivan used to be friends, and still care for each other in a way, so the only reason Thorne would steal something so precious is because he would be desperate to squeeze answers from Ivan. Ivan would be so pissed, which is a rare thing for him... He'd hunt Thorne down and forcibly take it back, and while older and not as quick as he used to be, he's still a better and more experienced fighter than Thorne. He wouldn't kill him or hurt him seriously, though.

Mallow's really just drifting and dissatisfied with his life, and doesn't really fit in because of his changeling nature and Noe - in gratitude to Ivan for taking him and looking after him - wants to do all he can to help him, so... 'Purpose.'

11) What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together?

To get Thorne and Amadeo to work together? It wouldn't be extermely hard; Thorne has quite a friendly disposition and Amadeo is very level-headed an intelligent. Amadeo's the second-in-command of the Mamona vampire, so maybe they're passing through the mountains but trespass in Rakshtala territory... but to avoid an all-out war (where for some reason, Seraphim is indisposed, or so pissed that he wants to annihilate all of the Rakshtalas he won't listen to reason) Amadeo and Thorne would work together to reach a compromise between the two sides. Neither particularly likes unnecessary bloodshed.

... If Luce and Asmodai visited me for the weekend, neither of them would be the ones dying, but me >> I'd probably be horrifically tortured, gang-raped, killed and then eaten by the sick bastards.

If I could command Blanco to do anything, I'd make him take me flying <3 I've always wanted to know what it's like to fly.

While not entirely unstable, both Mallow and Ivan grew up in homes that had both their good and bad points. If they'd grown up together, I think Ivan would've survived best. Anything raised outside of the war-torn Northerrin mountains is a piece of cake. He'd have Mallow to look after as a younger brother, for Ivan does so love looking after youngsters. And his personality has always been pretty easygoing and normal, especially when compared to Mallow. I don't think he'd turn out too different. Mallow probably wouldn't have turned out all that different either, though he wouldn't have survived as well as Ivan - his personality was already fairly eccentric and outlandish to begin with. He might've turned out a bit nicer, though, with Ivan to act as a kind older brother.

Thorne, definitely. Even if it means staying in a cave with mountain beasts and vicious demon warriors all around us, I'd be staying as Thorne's guest and I'd know he wouldn't hurt me >>
